3 Week Anniversary

Yep... its been 3 weeks since the BigPHIL experiment started... Biglou cannot believe how quickly 21 days have gone by...... Not much has changed since BigPHil arrived on Biglou's doorstep 21 days ago...  BigPHil still comes and goes as he pleases...hangs out as he pleases..... slops around as he pleases....Yeah, not much has changed since that bright and sunny Tuesday afternoon, when BigPhil arrived..

Well,  Biglou and BigPhil celebrated their first holiday together, (Labor Day).. Biglou and BigPHil celebrated their love of labor by grilling hot dogs and hamburgers....

The next Holiday that Biglou and BigPHil will celebrated together will be Halloween... Halloween is approximately 8 weeks away... ... Most think BigPHIl will still be at Biglou's on all hallows eve....  Right now most of the money is on the side of the celebration happening together with BigLou and BigPHil side by side dressed in their costumes on October 31st. Biglou and BigPHil are planning on going trick or treating in a Justice League getup..
Or maybe BigPHil will go as a Mawg.

The Saga Begins

When BigPhil arrived at Biglou's, BigPhil was homeless, penniless, jobless, wifeless, motherless, sisterless, familyless.  Everyone in BigPhil's life had abandoned, shunned BigPHIL..

BigPHil'sl Mother, BigPHil's Stepdad, BigPhil's Sister, BigPHIL's sister's Husband, BigPHil's wife, BigPHils Father-in-law, BigPHil's Cousins, HIs Uncles, even His favorite Uncle Artie, His Aunts, His Gradmothers,  All of BigPHILs family had given up on BigPHIL, abandoned BigPHIL, Shunned BigPHIL.  Everyone, except one MAN,  ONE Man has not given up on BigPHIL,  That one MAN who still has hopes, and dreams for BigPHIL, and that Man is BIGLOU.

When BigPHIL showed up at Biglou's Home, BigPHIL was Homeless.  Now BigPHIL has a HOME, BigPHIL has his own Room.

BigPHIL gets 3 square meals everyday.

 

So Now that Biglou has provided BigPHIL with a home,  All Biglou needs to do is get BigPHIL a job, get BigPHIL some pennies, get BigPHIL back to his Wife and Family..The Journey continues........

Biglou has started a new blog.  Biglou is really excited about his new blog and hopes everyone enjoys reading it.  Biglou enjoys writing it.

Biglou's new blog will be documenting  the life and times of Biglou with  his Nephew Phil..

From here on Biglou's Nephew Phil will be known as BigPhil....

BigPhil moved in with his Uncle Biglou approximately two weeks ago... No approximation needed,  it was exactly 19 days ago... Biglou is going on DAY 19 of the BigPhil Experiment.

BigPhil arrived at BigLOU's doorstep

on a bright and sunny Tuesday afternoon..  BigPhil's wife and son dropped off BigPhil with all of his worldly possessions and of course his Fishing POLE... BigPhil vowed that "someday", not Sunday, but "someday"  he would return to his wife and familty. just like Felix on the ODD Couple.. How did that work out?   

BigPhil came to Uncle Biglou's from Dallas.  BigPHIL was living in Dallas until his MOTHER threw him out and told him to go live with your "favorite" Uncle BigLOU...  BigPhil was NOT "feeling" Dallas anyways, so he was happy to oblige.. At first BigPHIL was afraid to call his favorite Uncle Biglou, so he tried others, many others, and still many more others..  None of the Others

were able or wanted to help BigPHIL with his Move back to Orlando.  BigPHIL even tried his 2nd Favorite Uncle (His UNCLE BigJOHN),  BigJOHN was very cordial and Politely said "HELL NO"...so BigPHIL made the call to BigLOU, who was somewhat perplexed and suprised when he got the call, and somehow was snookered into saying "YES, I can't wait to see you,  I'll have your room ready when you get here"....

Biglou welcomed BigPHIL with open ARMS and BigPHIL was very happy to live such a luxurious lifestyle with his Uncle BigLOU...

BigPhil is a Big Fisherman and loves the outdoor lifestyle...Biglou has told BigPhil to go outside on many occasions.

Over the last 19 days BigPhil has done virtually nothing but smoke his peace pipe, watch TV, sleep, and of course Fish.

BigPHIL looking for job.

BigPhil is suppose to be looking for a job, but Biglou has not seen much  job hunting happening.  Biglou sees a lot of fish hunting, but NO job hunting...

Supposedly BigPHIL went on a job interview 2 days ago, wearing basketball shorts, a T-shirt with no sleeves, and a visor...Not sure who is hiring and looking for basketball short wearer with no sleeve t-shirt.    That was Day 17 of the BigPhil experiment... Biglou has not seen BigPhil since...  BigPHIL is AWOL... Biglou is worried sick..  Biglou thinks BigPHIL went fishing...


Tomorrow is Labor Day, so Biglou will have to wait and see if BigPHIL shows up for the 1st annual BigLOU Labor Day BarBQ Bash.
